Italy

The boarder (with Austria) station of Tarvisio Bescoverde sees an interesting overnight loco change, this was observed in the early hours of the 8th February when electric E402022 arrived at 00:05 with EN236 the 21:05 Venezia St Lucia to Wein Westbahnhof, giving way to OBB 1116029 then waiting until OBB 1044059 arrived at 00:29 with EN235 the 19:30 Wein Meidling to Roma Termini and taking charge of that train.
